After an initial briefing from our client we conduct research and prepare proposals and budgets. We work hard to understand our clients' objectives and target audiences, and to distil key messages. We then begin sourcing content.

Copywriting

We are skilled and experienced marketing copywriters – producing tight, grammatically accurate text. Our approach starts with what target audiences need to know about you, and what will bring them to your site – time and again.

Design

We focus on attractive, modern and responsive web design (RWD) that works across all modern browsers. Our responsive sites adjust automatically to create the optimal user experience on devices from TVs and PCs to tablets and smartphones.

Coding/scripting

Sites are constructed from HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MySQLi. We use CSS-based animation for slideshows, menus, etc. Our dynamic applications include online booking calendars, shopping carts, and bespoke content management systems (CMS).

SEO and analytics

As exponents of 'white hat' search engine optimisation (SEO), we engage in safe, effective and ethical practices that ensure your site is permanently ranked highly by search engines. We also offer optional free Google Analytics and/or Webalizer analysis of your web traffic.

Hosting and domains

Email

We provide clients with email on their domains – free for the first 10 mailboxes (when taking hosting). We offer support for setting up mail accounts on any device – including configuring email clients like MS Outlook. Our domain-based email can also be accessed via a web browser.

Ongoing support

After your site is live, we don't forget you. We'll continue to make minor updates free of charge over the first year, and will provide website and email support for as long as we manage hosting. Our other services include low-cost logo design, email signatures and document templates.

We also manage existing websites and convert translated web content into flawless English.

We can take over the management of customers' own websites – whether dynamically generated (in PHP/MySQLi), WordPress-based or written in plain old HTML.
